ArtsReady delivers a suite of professional support and training services designed to simplify the process of hiring and managing an entry level employee, allowing organisations to focus on what they do best – run their business. All that our partners have to do is provide a safe working environment and practical on-the-job experience.


After initial consultation with our partners, we create a detailed profile of their employment needs. We then deliver targeted advertising across a range of channels, designed to attract the best available candidates. All applicants are reviewed using pre-selection interviews and thorough reference checks and our partners have the final say in who is selected for the role.

Qualified educators deliver the formal education components of the traineeship, resulting in educated and experienced workers who have developed the essential skills to add value to their organisation. ArtsReady will work with both partners and trainees to ensure all are comfortable with the education curriculum and the schedule for delivery.

ArtsReady manages much of the administrative ‘red tape’ associated with taking on a new employee, including the complexities of payroll, tax, superannuation, Work Cover, leave loadings, penalty rates and many other employee-related issues.

We support trainees in a program that will ultimately contribute to our partner’s organisational objectives and deliver better business outcomes. We conduct regular workplace visits at a minimum of one per quarter and even manage the work performance of our trainees. We manage everything but the practical and meaningful on-the-job experience for the trainee.
